‘First of all, People’. This was the title of the convention held on 18 March 2023 that we organised for the Cassa Centrale Group.
At the Gallerie Mercatali in Verona, 1,200 employees of Cassa Centrale Banca and the Group’s companies gathered to review together the progress made so far and outline the future objectives to be achieved, recalling the company’s founding values and principles and, above all, how important the People are.
The location chosen for the meeting was perfect for the occasion, offering a large and evocative space to host the event. The layout and layout of the rooms helped create an impactful and exciting atmosphere, where participants were able to discuss and share ideas on the topic of change and the future of the company.
During the meeting, the challenges facing the company in an ever-changing world were addressed and future goals outlined, with a focus on evolution and constant progress. The meeting was an opportunity to promote group unity and cohesion among employees, encouraging direction towards a common goal.
