Berner International Kick-Off

1600 participants from nine countries: Croatia, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovakia and Romania.

Berner’s South East Region came together for the first time in its history for an unprecedented kick-off. The convention was a meeting place for different cultures, for colleagues coming from different parts of Europe and sharing the same goals.

The Palacongressi di Bologna hosted the convention in the plenary hall, the regional meetings and the closing evening with DJ set.

The event was the culmination of a year of work and involved more than one hundred people including tour leaders, assistants, interpreters and technicians.

Miele Management Meeting

Another experience for Miele: this time, a story of beauty and great taste in Bolzano.

For the first day of the meeting, we chose the splendid location GUSTELIER – L’Arte del gusto. And if the first evening saw a convivial dinner in a beer hall, for the second evening we stayed at the Haselburg Castle, a true historical gem.

And finally, on the third day, it was off to celebrate 125 years of Miele at the LUMEN Museum and chef Norbert Niederkofler’s Michelin-starred restaurant Alpin, with panoramic views at the top of Plan de Corones.

Guests took part in an exciting cooking class at the Academia Barilla, where cooking lunch together proved to be a great learning experience.

Volkswagen Event

Hosted inside the elegant Dogana Vecchia of Lazise, on December 21 occurred a day dedicated to the Volkswagen Group family.
Enjoying the festive atmosphere and the dream location the evening has been further enriched by an international band that has made the event unique and unforgettable for all the 120 guests.

Subaru XV – Impreza Sales Training Presentation

The Sales Training Presentation for Subaru Italy took place on 14^th and 15^th February at the Garda Lake.

The event was dedicated to the international dealers, who were divided into groups to test the new Subaru Impreza and Subaru XV.

The test drive was created on purpose to try the quality of the vehicles along many different panoramic routes which made the cars potential stand out.

The itinerary started from the Aqualux Hotel in Bardolino, where the guests stayed overnight, to the Lessinia Park.

The lunch took place at the restaurant Casa Leon D’Oro in Bosco Chiesanuova with a menu based on typical products of the Lessinia area.

Tezenis Show – Drive In

On May the 7^th, Tezenis launched the spring-summer collection 2019 at the Calzedonia Group headquarter in Verona.

Iantra collaborated with Calzedonia as the organizing secretary managing the logistics and coordination of all the show’s attendants.

ŠKODA Octavia – National press presentation

ŠKODA presented the new Octavia to the national press in a five-days event.

Each day started with a welcome coffee at the Volkswagen headquarters where the press conference was held, followed by a test drive that led journalists to discover the streets of Lessinia, through rural landscapes and rows of vineyards and olive trees.

The destination was the Wine Retreat Ca del Moro which welcomed the guests with an aperitif and a lunch dedicated to local products.
An event organized following the current regulations, with business meetings and technical tests on panoramic roads of the new ŠKODA Octavia.

Audi Twin Cup 2021

2021 saw the organization of the AUDI TWIN CUP. This competition was held among the best Audi Italian Service Partners in our beautiful city of Verona.

In this two day event the participants experienced the hospitality showing off this splendid 5 star hotel in the Valpolicella valley, Byblos Art Hotel.

A city tour by Audi scooters and a panoramic lunch on the Due Torri hotel terrace completed the experience.

STIGA Dealer Convention

From 4 to 7 October, we organised three days dedicated to STIGA customers at the Admiral Park Hotel during the Dealer Convention.
The event, divided into three shifts, was attended by 170 participants involved in several activities.

Welcome dinner, classroom training and practical testing of products in the open air.
Iantra handled all organisational aspects and the event secretariat.

Subaru National Workshop and Dealer Meeting

In the historical and monumental building of Dogana Veneta in Lazise, in the province of Verona, the members of the Subaru national sales network met on 20th and 21st September, together with important representatives of Subaru Corporation and Subaru Europe.

Iantra organized these two meetings aimed at sharing and deepening the strategies of Subaru Italy, the objectives achieved so far and the programmes for the future, in addition to the preview presentation of the new Crosstrek model.

Bilbao Arca Convention

Arca Vita and Arca Assicurazioni are companies specializing in the bancassurance of the Unipol Group. They are synonymous with attention to people and aim to offer the best insurance solutions destined for families or businesses.

From the 14^th to the 16^th of June, we organized a convention for 200 professionals in the bancassurance sector in Bilbao, combining training with the city’s cultural experience.

The event blended working and networking sessions with the discovery of the vibrant Basque city, offering participants three balanced days, between training and leisure.
