Varta Convention 2022

On the occasion of the national meeting, Varta organised two days in Rome dedicated to company meetings and teambuilding activities.
The convention took place in the setting of the Villa Pamphili hotel and its enchanting 17th century park.
The afternoon was dedicated to a treasure hunt divided into teams in the centre of Rome, followed by guests enjoying dinner in one of the most characteristic neighbourhoods of the Eternal City, Trastevere.
Two days dedicated to teamwork and entertainment.

Vallorbe – Vicenza Oro Event 2023

On the occasion of the Vicenza Gold Fair, we realised for the second time a special event for Vallorbe Swiss, a Swiss company specialised in the production of precision instruments.

The evening featured period entertainment and guests were able to immerse themselves in Venetian history and tradition through the scenographic reconstruction of some of the most famous Casino Casanova games.

Croupiers in Venetian costumes welcomed and accompanied the participants in this fascinating and entertaining evening.
The setting for the event was Villa Sorio, an elegant and cosy Venetian villa located in the Vicenza area.

Participants from all over the world enjoyed an evening of fun and networking in full Venetian style.

Miele Meeting 2023

The meeting for company managers was held in the beautiful setting of Lake Garda in Desenzano.

Two days of intense work, but pleasantly set in the atmosphere of Lake Garda, which allowed the participants to fully enjoy moments of sharing and relationships, especially during the farewell dinner in front of the lake.

ISUZU Midi Europe 30th Anniversary

The gala evenings for the 30th anniversary of Isuzu Midi Europe gathered the enthusiasm of 650 guests from across Europe.

An extraordinary event that featured an exclusive aperitif, a gala dinner accompanied by the orchestra of Maestro Diego Basso, and an iconic moment: the world premiere and the European premiere of the new Isuzu vehicles, unveiled under the spotlight in a unique atmosphere.

A special occasion to celebrate the successes of Isuzu, a brand synonymous with innovation, quality, and passion.

We hosted 150 salesmen coming from all over Italy. Test drives’ stops at Villa Cariola and Villa Conti Cipolla.

Dovaro Meeting

New Volkswagen UP! Training Event

770 participants, 24 cars for test drive, 15 persons of staff, 10-day event, 3 locations involved.
These are the numbers of the training Event New Volkswagen UP! which was held in Verona from Sept. 5th to 16th.

Participants experienced the innovations of the new city car through citizens test drive and technical tests on a dedicated proving ground.

There were also training sessions that took place in the auditorium of the company and at Corte San Felice (Verona), which was transformed for the occasion into a real headquarters New UP!

The restaurant Piper has been chosen for all the lunches thank to its original, young and modern areas.

The event was coordinated by Iantra in all organizational aspects.

We had the pleasure to spend a very special and exciting evening with our customers, friends and collaborators, and share with them our joy for reaching such an important goal.

20 years of activity are not simply the end of the road: on the contrary, they will be the starting point to face new challanges.

Cupra Experience

Cupra offered a two-day exclusive experience to the main Italian newspapers to discover the new SUV, a car with a sportive soul and an elegant design.
The concept of the event was related to the natural elements which are found in the CUPRA spirit, in fact, the location of the welcome coffee was the Crespi Bonsai, a museum collecting several bonsai species.
The conference “Deep Dive” was held by the Cupra Design Manager at the “Mandarin Hotel” at the Lake Como, where the journalists enjoyed the lunch on the lakeside.

The journalists drove to the hotel-lodge ‘Sunny Valley’, at 2700 meters of altitude in the Alpe Valley, testing the car performance on steep and unpaved roads to reach the location.
The lodge boasts a luxurious spa with breathtaking views over the Stelvio National Park where the guests could spend a relaxing afternoon. The young and promising chef of the hotel delighted the journalists with typical dishes made with local products.
Eventually, Cupra gave the opportunity to fully appreciate the new SUV as well as to live a unique experience.

OSM – Open Source Management Convention 2019

The annual convention 2019 OSM (Open Source Management), leader company in the business counselling, took place in New York.

Over the three-days convention, 135 participants got together to attend business classes, discover the “Big Apple” and to experience the local life.

Visit at the Top of the Rock and up to the Empire State Building to enjoy the amazing skyline that NY offers at night. Icing on the cake: dinner on the bateaux along the Hudson River.

The guided tour took the participants to the main hotspots of the City: the Brooklyn Bridge, the Financial District, the bronze bull of NY Stock Exchange, Ground Zero, Chinatown, Little Italy, Soho and other places.

Entertainment, engagement and team spirit were the main ingredients of the convention.

Subaru Christmas Event

On December 16^th we organized the Christmas event for Subaru Italy.

Immersed in the frame of Valpolicella, the guests celebrated together, tasted some of the best wines of our territory and visited the Tommasi winery.
Hotel Villa Quaranta was the perfect scenery for this Christmas event!

Subaru Solterra Training

Subaru Italia presented its first 100% electric car: SOLTERRA.
For this occasion we chose the Nicolis Museum, which in its exclusivity represents a part of the history of the automotive world and combines history with technology.
The Baker, Rauch & Lang electric car from 1919 on display at the Museum welcomed the new born Subaru Solterra
A week dedicated to on and off road test drives, technical exercises and training.
