New Subaru XV Press Launch

January has been an important month for Subaru due to the Press Launch of the new Subaru XV that Iantra had the pleasure to organize.

Journalists from all over Italy, divided into 4 groups, attended this great two-day event in Emilia Romagna.

Panoramic and technical routes have been specifically studied to allow the participants to test the new car model at best.

Participants stayed at Borgo Condè, surrounded by the beautiful vineyards of the location, and attended the press conference and exchanged comments and opinions.

A successful event that has been possible thanks to the hard work of the Subaru and Iantra teams.

Inaugurational Day of the Campalani Climb

Sixty years ago, the Campalani Climb was set by the Gruppo Alpinistico Operaio (G.A.O.) being the oldest of the Piccole Dolomiti, and this year it was renewed and inaugurated on June 29^th.

The G.A.O President, Andrea Dalla Valle, invited those who took part in the project as well as all the mountain lovers which hike the Monte Carega.

They day started with the holy mass at the Chiesetta Alpina of the Rifugio Scalorbi and then the participants moved to the Campalani Climb’s starting point for the blessing of the renewed path and of the plate. Some climbers took the opportunity to try the new way.

At the Rifugio Scalorbi the group ‘Binte: storie e leggende dei Cimbri in Lessinia’ by Emanuele Zanfretta, entertained the guests in this unique place.

During the day, stories and memories have been shared among those who keep on protecting the mountain for the present and future explorers.

Seat at the Fair of the vintage cars and motorcycles

Seat Italia participated at the Fair of the vintage cars and motorcycles in Padua, from the 24^th to the 27^th of October. At the stand, six cars were displayed representing the past, present and future.

The exhibited cars of the past were the Seat Ibiza SXI 1988 and the Ibiza Cupra 1996, positioned alongside the new Seat Ibiza and Cupra Ateca. To show the future, Seat El Born and Cupra Tavascan were on top of a higher platform: fully electrical featuring an innovative design.

The coordination of the staff was key to guarantee the best management of the stand.

On the first day, the main guests were the journalists and VIPs, among them Daniele Bossari and Eleonora Pedron. They both got involved in the press conference hold at the stand by the Seat Italia Director, it then followed an exclusive lunch in a nearby restaurant.

The encounter between past and future has aroused much interest of visitors who stopped attracted by the interactive totems displayed for each car and managed by the hostesses.

AIDDA 50th Anniversary

This year AIDDA, Associazione Imprenditrici e Donne Dirigenti di Azienda, celebrated its 50th anniversary and for the occasion invited all its members to the premiere of the Arena di Verona.
The event was attended by 120 guests, and the city of Verona was the setting for all the activities, from the Council meeting with the presidents of the several delegations at Palazzo Barbieri, to tours of the city and dinners in the historic centre.
A weekend of sharing and celebration!

Gruppo Cassa Centrale Lisbon Convention

From October 19^th to 22^nd 2023 was held the first convention of Cassa Centrale Group in Lisbon.

The event was attended by more than 500 people, and was an opportunity to discuss about the future, with the aim of building an increasingly solid group culture.

During the three days of event, participants had the opportunity to visit the city of Lisbon and surrounding areas, such as Belem, Sintra, Cascais, Queluz and the Tagus River, thanks to activities organized by Iantra.

The gala dinners were animated by famous artists, such as the violinist Andrea Casta and the Big Woman violinists.

Cassa Centrale Convention – Venice

On September 19^th 2023, Cassa Centrale Group held their meeting in Venice, the annual event dedicated to the topics of asset management and bancassurance.
The event was held at the Scuola Grande di San Giovanni Evangelista, an imposing Gothic complex, museum venue and location for exclusive events.

300 consultants from all over Italy gathered to analyze the current year’s performance, the sector prospects, and to present the new products and services offered by Cassa Centrale Banca.

Iantra took care of the event organization, location, fittings and hospitality.

CUPRA BEV Training

A high-performance training experience.

From June 5^th to 24^th, the CUPRA BEV Training event took place at the CUPRA College — a dedicated learning journey for the CUPRA dealer network, designed to deepen technical knowledge and strategic insight into the brand’s electric mobility vision.

Across twelve intensive days, over 360 participants from all over Italy engaged in a dynamic mix of classroom learning and hands-on sessions.
Each day welcomed 30 professionals, divided into teams to attend specialized workshops aimed at strengthening skills, aligning on key messages, and sharing the unique CUPRA mindset.

The experience was completed by dynamic test drives of CUPRA’s electric vehicle range, offering participants the chance to experience first-hand the performance, design, and innovation that define the brand.

A training project that blends know-how and passion — built to embody and transmit the spirit of the CUPRA tribe.

Thun – Florence in Pink

An event dedicated to women

The exclusive Piazza San Giovanni in Florence hosted a very exceptional photographic setting which involved more than 200 women for the casting “Looking for THUN women.”
Iantra handled the creation of the concept and the logistics management.
In the same weekend Iantra has organized an event dedicated to THUN members, to discover Tuscan flavors and scents.

THUN members visited the ancient Officina dei profumi di Santa Maria Novella. The afternoon was dedicated to women: relax in a famous beauty salon. In the evenings the group had dinners in typical Florentine taverns. Accommodation a few steps from Ponte Vecchio for each THUN member with a magnificent view of the Arno.

Audi PSP Convention

The Audi PSP Convention successfully took place at Lazise, on July 17th.
The event dealt with topics related to the world and the management of the second-hand market of the famous Ingolstadt Brand.
200 guests participated in the Convention and could appreciate the glamorous Audi Cars displayed in the setting of the Dogana Veneta on the Garda Lake.
Iantra planned and took care of the whole organization from creativity, to logistics, car show and all service coordination.

Training Event New Touran & Sharan

Last Friday ended an itinerant and dynamic event throughout the East hills of Verona. That was the product training for new cars Volkswagen Touran and Sharan.

From September 21st to 25th about a hundred of salesmen each day reached the headquarter of Volkswagen Group Italia in Verona, and then, after a short brief, they left for the panoramic test drive in order to reach Corte Forziello and Bacco D’oro. These two locations hosted the training classes about the two new cars.

The meeting place for the whole group was at Soave Relais Castelcerino during the lunch.

Thanks to Iantra Staff, prepared and well-coordinated, it was possible to manage 22 cars for the test drive, three locations working at the same time and a hundred participants.

New Scania Era

The national launch of the New Scania Generation took place on Sept. 18th in Cernobbio (CO). The event revealed to an audience of 1200 guests from all over Italy the innovative range of vehicles that combine technology, sustainability and quality.
An exclusive location – Villa Erba International Exhibition and Conference Centre, was chosen to host such an important event.

The highlight of the convention “For the only business that matters. Yours.” was the reveal show in the plenary room: an emotional video, accompanied by a highly impressive light show , unveiled two vehicles of the new range.
Guests also had the possibility to see and touch six new vehicles displayed in a transparent, lake-view tent, set up in the park of the Villa.
The ancient Villa hosted a special art exhibition, displaying a selection of Scania paintings made by various international artists.

Innovation and creativity, skillfully combined, gave shape to a memorable event.

The event was planned, coordinated and managed by Iantra, with the precious support of a network of skillful partner agencies and collaborators.

New Honda Civic Diesel and Jazz Dynamic Press Launch

The European press Launch of the new Honda Civic Diesel and Jazz Dynamic took place in Rome at the Hotel Gran Melia Villa Agrippina and at the Corte di Arenaro in Torrimpietra.

Iantra took care of the participation of almost 50 Italian Journalists in the event, providing their travel arrangements and assistance on site during the event on January 22 – 24.
