Intimissimi On Ice – Opera Pop

A great event followed by the whole of Italy and beyond. International stars participated in Intimissimi On Ice – Opera Pop making it a unique show of its kind in the suggestive setting of the Arena of Verona.

With the fusion between the world of opera and pop music with a symphonic emphasis, ice skating and fashion, large projections and special effects, this opera becomes the most euphoric, sensual, romantic and daring you can imagine. An opera performed with grace and elegance by Carolina Kostner, led by Marco Balich’s visionary creativity.

Iantra handled the hotel management and the logistics for all participants and delegations coming from all over Italy and abroad. 2,400 enchanted people in the Arena of Verona on September 21st.

Subaru Dealer Meeting

On the 16th October the Dealer Meeting Subaru was held in the magnificent location of Palazzo di Varignana in Bologna.

This meeting, with about 110 participants, presented the new Subaru Levorg to the whole salesmen network of the Japanese Company.

Automotive Meeting

The new year starts with a meeting at the headquarters of Volkswagen Group Italy which involved about 180 guests in the two days of 17 and 18 January.
The headquarters has hosted, add to training class, 9 stands for external suppliers and participants attended 5 workshop for the detailed study of technical and commercial themes.
Guests has been also involved in a product test on different cars of the Group to see with their own eyes the most modern technology.
The event was coordinated by Iantra in all the organizational aspects.

Audi Twin Cup

On 7^th and 8^th February the National Final of the Audi Twin Cup took place in Verona, a competition aimed at the Audi service partners.
The event is part of the program that rewards the Italian excellence, and as such has included a visit to the companies of our territory that stand out and are leaders in the world.

After the technical competition, guests took a test drive that led them to a marvelous spa resort on the Brescia side of Garda Lake. The next day, the route included the crossing of the lake, the visit to an exclusive company leader in marble manufacturing and the arrival in a famous winery where local products were appreciated. Breathtaking views and original experiences have been the backdrop of this two-days event.

Volkswagen T-Cross National Press Launch

From June the 3^rd to the 6^th, the new T-Cross Volkswagen was launched during a national press conference to 40 motoring journalists.

The concept was “More than one thing”, a claim found throughout the event as well as in the selection of the locations. In fact, the journalists were welcomed in the Volkswagen headquarter in Verona, at the Mobility Lab where the conference was held.

They then drove to a family-run relais called “I Tamasotti”, which is also a cellar producing its own wines. Few kilometres away from the town and surrounded by vineyards, the guests could appreciate the local products prepared by the chef and housewife Luisa.

The test drive dived into the vineyards and Verona countryside, a great opportunity to assess the performance of the T-Cross.

New Passat National Press Launch

Volkswagen presented to the National Press the New Passat, one of the top three models most sold of the German Company.

Over the three-days conference, Iantra was in charge of the test drive, welcome and registration, logistic and location selection.

The roadmap gave the journalists the possibility to test all the main high-tech features of the car, arriving to the Casa della Vallagarina which was the perfect location to taste the local cousin.

Subaru Challenge 2022

AGSM AIM Smart Solutions

From the union of ASGM and AIM comes the new start-up AGSM AIM Smart Solution.
An industrial project that turns to the future and sustainable use of mobility.

The event was held in two separate moments: in the morning in Vicenza at the Loggia del Capitaniato, which hosted the press conference to present the start-up.
In the afternoon, at the VGI Italia headquarters, partner of the event, in the presence of the institutions. During the afternoon session, guests were able to drive full electric cars with the assistance of professional drivers.

Iantra followed the various stages of the event, from secretariat, set up, technical setup and general coordination.
A day discovering the new mobility.

Subaru 10 Years

On September 11^th Subaru celebrated 10 years since the opening of the SUBARU Italian headquarters in Milan.

The celebration began with a guided tour of the top of Milan Cathedral, which allowed the 50 participants to admire the characteristic spiers, enjoying the splendid skyline over the city, in the shadow of the Madonnina.

The evening continued with an aperitif on the terrace of Duomo 21, one of the most exclusive places in Milan. Afterwards, dinner was served in an exclusive room overlooking the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. During the dinner, videos and photos were shown to commemorate the company’s growth and all the successes achieved over the years.

Intersurgical Subsidiary Meeting

Intersurgical employees from all over the world met in Gardone Riviera to share news and plan for the future, but also to have fun together and get to know the area.

Day #1: Cooking show for guests.

Day #2: “Mani in pasta”! Practical course to learn how to make pizza, tasting of the typical Brescian spit – the one cooked for hours on the fireplace, wine and beer galore.

Day #3: Visit to Garda Island. Although the weather was not the best, the breathtaking view really enchanted us.

Day #4: Gala dinner at Villa Alba. The large transparent wall overlooking the park left everyone speechless.

Four days of pure synergy, sharing and fun.

Service Incontra 2014

The event dedicated to all the figures of the Service of Volkswagen Group Italy ended last week: Service Incontra 2014. The event was held at the company’s headquarters in Verona.
Here are some numbers: 6.070 registrations to the workshop, 1.740 participants, 1.200 sq.m. of tensile structure created ad hoc, 30 stands, 20 people of Iantra staff, 17 workshops and 6 days of event.
The event ranged between training sessions and visits to the stands, from the new E-Up test drive to the closing show, starring a magical sand artist.

The realization of the event was handled by Iantra in every organizational, logistical and preparation aspect.

Press and Fleet Presentation of the New Audi A4 and A4 Avant

The prestigious and unique location of Fabrica in Treviso hosted the Press and Fleet Presentation of the new Audi A4 and A4 Avant.

A stunning and impressive set up hit all the guests attending the event.

40 journalists per day attended on days 27th and 30th November and 1st Dec. for the Press Presentation and 40 guests per day attended the Fleet Presentation on days 2-3 Dec.

The test drive with 20 cars allowed all guests to get excited with the new born from the German company.

Iantra handled all the transfers of participants, the set up, all the logistics aspects and the test drive.
