On Sunday, 18th May the ASC Track in Vairano di Vidigulfo welcomed 50 fans of the Japanese car for the exclusive event to present the new Subaru WRX STI.

An Opportunity for Dialogue

On 20th July Volksbank Workshop 2015 took place at Hotel NH Laguna Palace (Mestre, Venice).
Discussions, suggestions, lots of interactivity for a day of intense sharing, with some “fresh” convivial moments.
The main meeting room of the Hotel had a round set-up in order to facilitate the exchange of information among all the 230 participants.
Iantra supported the whole organization of the event and was on site during the Workshop.

New Subaru Levorg MY17 with EyeSight Press Presentation
From 20th to 23rd September 2016, the ex Area Expo Milan was the setting of the Subaru press presentation of the new model Levorg MY17 with Eyesight device. The Expo Decumano was set up as a special proving ground for the Italian and foreign journalists.
Test drive and stop for lunch in the new Cannavacciuolo Cafe and Bistro in Novara with a tailor made creative menu.

New Škoda Karoq National Press Launch
The press launch of the New Škoda Karoq took place in Verona on 16th and 17th January.
The journalists took a Test Drive from Volkswagen Italy headquarters to Conca dei Parpari, in the scenic landscape of high Lessinia, made even more suggestive by a heavy snowfall.
Participants had lunch at the mountain chalet, Rifugio Parparo Vecchio, at Roverè Veronese, where they could taste the delicious local cuisine.
Iantra took care of all organizational aspects of this successful event.
Varta Convention
The convention was held in a beautiful setting in Valpolicella: an historical residence called Villa Quaranta.
Over the two days, the agents took part in activities in class as well as wine tastings sessions, provided by the famous cellar Cantina Tommasi.
Wine, food and a green resort have been the key elements which made this meeting successful.
Calzedonia Leg Show 2019
Again this year, Iantra got involved as the Organizing Secretariat for the Calzedonia Leg Show event, dealing with the travel logistic of over 3000 guests.
The unforgettable event to present the new Autumn/Winter Collection themed “Grand Hotel”.
A perfect occasion to celebrate the 60 years of the tights, it had seen the participation of international VIP, but firstly: Chiara Ferragni.
Cupra Born Training Course
The training course of the new model CUPRA BORN was held in Verona from 3rd November to 17th December. 350 dealers took part into the training event, divided in smaller groups in 16 days in full respect of the pandemic rules.
The event was organized with an interactive day of workshop and a static and dynamic comparison of the various models.
All of the participants were able to test the new car driving and to understand the technical characteristics of the vehicle discovering this incredible model.
Overall a very successful workshop!
Miele Training Experience
Milano Marittima was the setting for the Miele event dedicated to experiential training.
40 participants including employees and managers attended different training and team building activities during the four days.
Exclusive dinners and seafront venues with a closing event at the Darsena del Sale on a marvelous floating platform.
CROSSTREK Press Launch – Bergamo
We organized the press launch for Subaru’s new CROSSTREK, which took place from November 30th to December 1st, 2023.
During the event journalists had the opportunity to test the new Subaru product on the trails of the Selvino Adventure Park.
The setting up of a transparent dome created a special place amidst the snow-covered mountains where guests could take a break to relax and enjoy the impressive panorama.
Miele Meeting Appiano
The Miele meeting at the end of March involved representatives of the Italian sales network.
The meeting was held at the headquarters in Appiano, in the province of Bolzano, for the purpose of updating and providing information on the technological innovations of the Professional Line.
Exclusive evening at Villa Laviosa, one of the most renowned distillery producing grappas and liqueurs in Alto Adige.
International Sales Meeting – Orthofix Gala Dinner
On February 7th, the “International Sales Meeting” Gala Dinner for Orthofix transformed the Monteci Cellars into a dreamlike setting: 1,000 candles, light displays, and a journey that combined elegance and dynamism.
Every detail was carefully designed to create a refined and immersive atmosphere, where each guest felt part of something truly special.

Surgel Company Convention
Surgel Company Convention
A weekend full of fun with exciting activities and team games that involved the whole company and have strongly motivated the participants and has increased the sense of belonging to the company.
Three teams involved in an exciting city safari by bicycle in the center of Verona, in a nice singing contest “The Voice of Surgel” and, finally, an exciting rafting on the Adige.
The celebration of the 25th anniversary of Surgel took place at Villa Quaranta Park Hotel and ended with a convention and gala dinner.
Iantra took care of the communication with the teaser campaign began in January and all the organizational and logistical aspects of the event.
