From the 15th to the 18th of June Favorita Marmi has organized an unforgettable stay in Verona for its guests.
The program was created ad hoc and and we took care of every single detail, from the stay in the very historical center to the tasting of fine wines and to the visit of the vineyards of Valpolicella.
Iantra was happy to design and follow the customer from A to Z.
On 16th, 19th and 23 rd March, three editions of the “Regional Dealer Meeting” by Subaru have been organized in three different cities: in Padua at the modern Kube location, in Milan at “Officine del Volo” and in Rome at the “Sheraton Parco De Medici hotel”.
The three meetings involved the whole sales network of the Company.
A tasty lunch concluded the three events: a friendly moment to enjoy typical food.
Iantra took care of the planning, coordination and management of all the events.
To celebrate Christmas and the New Year, the Remark Group has given the employees of the various Italian branches a day to discover the Roman and romantic Verona.
Of course, the main protagonist of the day was the Shakespeare most famous story: Romeo and Juliet.
A full immersion in the hidden gems of the city, followed by a typical lunch in a local restaurant where the employees shared the new year’s resolutions and wishes for the upcoming festivities.
A quick stop at the well-known Christmas Market in Piazza dei Signori could not miss: magic, tradition and flavours of the glitteriest time of the year.

The Convention Biasi was an opportunity for the best designers of the company to discover and appreciate the beauty of Lake Garda.
The first day started with a meeting at the Aqualux Hotel, continuing with a visit and wine tasting at the Canova Winery, where the dinner was then held.
On the second day, an exclusive visit to the Garda Island, where history and art bond in the famous villa and its gardens.
The final dinner was held in the centre of Bardolino, a characteristic town for the long walk along the lakeside promenade and the narrow streets in the old town centre.
Three days of meetings, discovery of the territory and tasting of local products, all organized in compliance with current regulations.

Between September and October, the fashion shows of the main Calzedonia brands were held for the presentation of the new Autumn/Winter collections.
Iantra was the organising secretary for the Intimissimi, Atelier Emè, Tezenis and Falconeri events, which were attended by more than 3000 guests.
This year, we organized the SUBARU’s Christmas dinner at the charming Maison Milano, which warmly welcomed the guests.
During the dinner, a live show engaged the audience, featuring some of the best circus performers, all accompanied by Christmas music and choreography.
The evening continued with a lively DJ set, animating the dance floor and ensuring everyone a cheerful and fun ending.
Launch of the new Forester MY’25 in two exclusive locations.
Iantra had the privilege of organizing an exclusive Dealer Meeting for the presentation of the new Subaru Forester MY’25, an event that brought together key dealership partners at two unique locations.
On November 12th and 14th, 70 participants in Milan and 50 in Rome had the opportunity to discover the model in detail, exploring its innovative and advanced features.
The event took place in two distinctive venues: the captivating S-LOFT in Milan, a former industrial space with a unique charm, and the elegant Oltre al Giardino in Rome.
During the event, attendees participated in tailored presentations, strategic meetings, and networking moments, creating an unmissable opportunity to delve into the new Forester MY’25 and strengthen business relationships.
This Dealer Meeting was not only a key moment to present the model’s innovations but also a chance for connection and growth within the Subaru network.
Training event for all parts managers of Volkswagen dealership and Service Partners in Italy. From September, 25th to October, 4th 2012 four groups, for a total of about 600 people attended the event which took place at the headquarters of Volkswagen Group Italia in Verona and at the gorgeous setting of Palazzo della Ragione for the gala dinners. The event saw one of the best approval ratings in recent years.

From 23rd to 26th February 2016 took place the press presentation of the new cars Subaru XV and Forester MY16 at the exclusive Roggie House in Bienate (Milan). The first three days were dedicated to the Italian press while the last one involved journalists from Slovenia, Croatia and Bulgaria.
The presentation included a test drive with both cars starting from the Roggie House to the motocross V. Augusta in Ciglione Malpensa (VA) where the guests experienced an off-road test drive with the Forester MY16.
Iantra has handled all the transfers of guests, set-up, logistics management and test drive.

Iantra has had the pleasure of organizing the event celebrating the 35th Anniversary of the toy company Globo SpA.
A whole day dedicated programme has been planned for the 170 participants in the event.
The day started in the morning with a guided visit of the “Rive Gauche” of Verona, exploring the fascinating art and history of the area on the left bank of the river, with a buffet lunch at Palazzo and Giardino Giusti.
The evening has been dedicated to the celebrations: the Ristori Theatre, location of the event, has created the right atmosphere for the convention, the dinner and show ending with the performance of the renown showman Jerry Calà.
